We recommend firstly changing the batteries in your garage door remote control to ensure it is in working order. If this does not resolve the issue there may be a few reasons why your remote control is no longer working.

We advise to contact a professional to attend who will be able to run a diagnosis on the potential issues and find a desired solution.

In most cases we find that the remote control requires replacement or a coding issue has occurred and the remote needs to be reprogrammed in order to communicate with the motor.

Our reprogramming service includes our experienced technician attending the property, running troubleshooting steps to determine the cause of the remote no longer working and the reprogramming of your existing remote, if possible. If the remote can no longer be used, we will be able to quote you a price for a new one and program while on site.

We recommend having an experienced technician attend if you share a door with multiple people. If programmed incorrectly the process can wipe all the existing codes saved in the motor and all existing remotes will no longer work.
